Overall satisfied. One time, the package wasn't well wrapped, causing damage to the product but I was reimbursed. After that the packages were very well wrapped. Pro covid very fast delivery internationally. Sometimes the email response is a bit late. Only flaw, the estimated delivery time with > is way off. - Was advertised 3 days but it actually took a whole week. I appreciate however the choice of 0 delivery fees with it.

Very nice customer support, excellent shipping and prices. By mistake climbing shoes, which I've bought in advance, were send to me as COD. After contacting with support, they immediately send me another pair without any delay. And ofc shoes are great. Can highly recommend ???? !
