Very nice customer support, excellent shipping and prices. By mistake climbing shoes, which I've bought in advance, were send to me as COD. After contacting with support, they immediately send me another pair without any delay. And ofc shoes are great. Can highly recommend ???? !

Just received my package of a pair of climbing shoes that I could not find in my number in any other store. I’m based in Greece and for some reason my bank had some issues with money transfer to Czechia but I called the store and the problem was solved in 5’ minutes! All the employees were super friendly, really helpful and had a really smooth and problem-free delivery of my product. Now that I found such a reliable store I will buy from 9b plus again for sure!
