1. Easy return – return label
The Easy Return service allows you to conveniently send back goods that do not suit you.
If you purchase this service during checkout, you will be able to return the goods via our partner carrier available in your country (e.g. GLS, Packeta, InPost).
If you wish to return the goods, simply pack them in the original or other suitable packaging, deliver them to the nearest drop-off point of the carrier and follow the instructions provided after clicking the link below – in some cases, printing a label will be required.

2. Standard return
Please send the returned goods back using any carrier to our address.

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with confirmation and further instructions.
Don't forget to include the completed form for withdrawal from the contract, complaint, or exchange.
