Yes, you can change the data in the order even after sending it. Before we hand over the package to the carrier.
When will my order be delivered?
When we send a package, we will send you automatically e-mail with a tracking number of the shipment.
Is it possible to pick up the goods in stock immediately at the store?
Yes, it is possible, but it is necessary to create an order.

Who pays the postage for returning goods?

By when do I have to create an order if I want it to be shipped today?
Orders made until 13:00, which are in stock, ships same day.
When will I receive an order that is not in stock?
If the goods do not have in stock, we order it by our suppliers. For each product you can find information about availability and possible date of departure. Usually goods from the supplier ships in 5 days from ordering.
How can I return or exchange purchased goods?
To return the goods needed to goods packed together with a completed form of withdrawal (possibly with a form of exchange or complaint) and thus wrapped package sent back to our address: 9b plus Ltd., Zábrdovická 801/11, 61500 Brno Czech republic.
Is it possible to order goods without VAT?
Yes. When ordering goods without VAT, please choose payment by bank transfer and wait until we send you the corrected bank details and the amount. The order must be paid from the company account.

At our shop, it is possible to pay by credit card and cash (in CZK).

How to get to the store?
Our establishment is located in Brno at Zábrdovická 801/11, between the Military Hospital and the spa town. You can also use the parking inside the premises. At the reception you report that you are going to 9b plus and they will guide you further. A detailed route description and map can be foud HERE.
